Ceremony is just an opportunity to pause, become intentional, and receive support. Ceremony in line with the change of seasons also allows us to deepen our attunement to the cycles of the Earth. In this interactive sound healing experience, we will have the opportunity to get a more expansive perspective of our lives and receive guidance in areas that ordinary consciousness cannot assist us with. You can also just come to relax and be deeply nourished! The sound can assist you however you need it to! Our format will begin with a brief group toning and check-in followed by a sound meditation and an opportunity for vocalizing and movement toward the end of our journey. To close, we will share any insights we received with the group but you are also welcome to hold your experience sacred. Yoga mats and pads will be provided. Please bring your own pillow and blanket.

About the facilitator…
Shireen Amini is a musician / singer-songwriter based in Bend, Oregon whose performance career has interwoven with her passion for healing and indigenous wisdom through the development of “music medicine” offerings. With her background in world music, drum circle facilitation, and sound healing, experiencing music medicine with Shireen is both exciting and soul-nourishing. Shireen also leads the successful Bend-based Latin band ¡Chiringa! and performs conscious world-soul-pop in her own solo project.
